Two new reference documents

Since I'm studying for my ham radio technician's license and haven't worked with the metric system or electricity since high school (for shame!), I added two documents to my reference library: electrical units and their namesakes and the International System of Units (SI) standard prefixes.
The next test is 23 February 2009—I hope I can get prepared by then!
